Mullen Oifield Services L.P. originally partnered with Mackenzie Delta Integrated Oilfield Services (MDIOS) which is an Inuvialuit company consisting of established, leading Inuvialuit companies that combine strategic northern operation expertise with the best in southern oilfield services. Professional quality and service together with the highest safety standards ensures a project's success while helping to build "TRUE INUVIALUIT CAPACITY"”.

The combined strengths of southern and northern partners that make up Mackenzie Delta Integrated Oilfield Services (MDIOS) have since expanded into the 'Horizon North Logistics' Group of Companies. Horizon is recognized as the largest corporate group in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region (ISR). The Inuvialuit businesses are strategically located and operate in the Mackenzie Delta and Beaufort Sea areas.

The major objectives of our Horizon partners is to maximize the amount of local and Inuvialuit participation in our operations. MDIOS met and exceeded the expectations of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) as set forth by the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC).

Our focus has been based on pooling our infrastructure, experience, knowledge, equipment and personnel to secure contracts with the oil and gas industry in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region which benefit both the Inuvialuit people and our partners.

Mullen Oifield Services L.P. commenced transportation services into the Inuvialuit Settlement Region in 2000 and continue to be a leader and logistical support chain for several operating companies.
